Role focus Running the quarterly submissions cycle and deepening the firm's Compliance Management System, one register at a time. Sole compliance officer, Singapore A/I LFMC.
Build focus Building a company that runs itself: a set of Hermes agents organised like a real org, each holding a role rather than a prompt. Alongside it, a Three.js office you can walk through to watch what each agent is actually doing. The main thing I am working on.
Mat focus Brown belt, two stripes → black. Drilling deliberately, and coaching a little now. Evolve MMA, most evenings.
Reading / testing MAS primary sources (the offline library keeps growing), and how far a small agent organisation can be pushed before it needs a human.
